‘Love Island USA’ Renewed For Season 9 At Peacock

I’ve got a text!!! Love Island USA has been renewed for Season 9 at Peacock.

Ariana Madix, who recently earned her first Emmy nomination for her duties on the dating series, is set to front the show once again.

The latest season saw Trinity Celeste Tatum and Bryce Alakai Dettloff crowned winners and share a $100,000 grand prize.

Peacock’s renewal of Love Island USA expands the streamer’s commitment to the franchise. Earlier this year, Love Island Games was renewed for a third season with Madix returning as host of the spinoff in the Fall of 2027. In addition, Love Island Beyond the Villa, the spinoff which follows previous season Islanders as they settle into their newfound fame, was also renewed for a third season.

The most recent season of Love Island USA has reigned over streaming all summer, with Peacock saying it ranked as the top streaming title for Summer 2026 to date. The Season 8 premiere garnered over 19 billion minutes viewed, according to the streamer. Additionally, the dating series saw 35% of its audience as brand-new viewers.

Love Island USA Season 8 Reunion will see the Islanders reunite to relive all the dumpings, couplings and recouplings from the summer. The special hosted by Madix and Andy Cohen is set to stream on Monday, August 31 at 9 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. PT.
