Amber Ray Turns Down Rapudo’s Baby Request After Cosmetic Surgery

Amber Ray has dismissed her partner Kennedy Rapudo’s suggestion that they have another child, insisting that their blended family of four is already “more than enough”.

The playful exchange came shortly after Amber returned from Istanbul, Turkey, where she underwent several cosmetic procedures in September 2026.

While Amber is still recovering from the procedures, Rapudo teased her about expanding their family, only for the mother of two to firmly reject the idea of another pregnancy.

Amber underwent several procedures

Amber underwent three cosmetic procedures during a single sitting in Istanbul.

The procedures included breast augmentation to restore fullness following breastfeeding, 360-degree liposuction around her midsection and a calf fat transfer using fat removed during the liposuction procedure.

She also underwent a dental makeover involving 21 teeth.

Amber has since revealed that her cosmetic transformation is not yet complete, indicating that a double-chin reduction could be her next procedure after she fully recovers.

Rapudo raises the baby question

Rapudo brought up the possibility of having another child while Amber was still recovering, but she immediately pushed back against the suggestion.

“Baba Africanah, leave me alone. Giving you another child is something that will be hard to convince me to do. We have enough kids — two boys and two girls — and that is more than enough. After all those processes, why would you think I would agree to carry another pregnancy? Even you are complaining about helping me put on my recovery brace,” Amber said.

Her response suggested that she is currently more focused on recovering from her procedures than considering another pregnancy.

Rapudo went from sceptic to supporter

Rapudo had initially expressed reservations about Amber undergoing cosmetic surgery, telling her that she was already beautiful before the procedures.

Despite his earlier concerns, he later showed his support by welcoming Amber back at the airport with a bouquet of flowers.

He has also been involved in her recovery, including helping her put on the recovery brace she has been wearing following the procedures.

However, his support has not stopped him from continuing to tease Amber about having another baby.

‘Just wait and see’

Rapudo appeared determined to keep the baby conversation alive, hinting that Amber’s current position could still change.

“I heard you say that this is your summer body; just wait and see,” he said with a grin.

His comment kept the exchange playful, even as Amber made her position on another pregnancy clear.

A blended family of four

Amber and Rapudo share a daughter, Africanah. Both also have children from previous relationships, bringing their blended family to four children—two boys and two girls.

Rapudo has previously hinted that he would like Africanah to have a younger brother.

Amber’s position on expanding the family has also shifted over time. She once jokingly suggested she might consider another child if Rapudo bought her a luxurious mansion, while on another occasion she indicated that his treatment of her could make her reconsider.
