#SHOWBIZ: '2+1' star Louisa Chong's husband Hamid Samad dies at 74

KUALA LUMPUR: Veteran actress Louisa Alisa Chong Abdullah, 71, is mourning the loss of her beloved husband, Hamid Samad, who passed away this morning.
The 2+1 sitcom star confirmed the heartbreaking news to BH Online via a WhatsApp message.
"My husband passed away at 4.20 am on Friday. His remains were laid to rest at the Bukit Kiara Muslim Cemetery," she said.
Hamid, a 74-year-old businessman, married Louisa in 1992.
Back in 2011, he suffered three strokes, which subsequently left him in a coma.
