The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Davao Region on Thursday submitted to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) 10 boxes of documents amid investigation into flood control projects, according to Super Radyo dzBB's Luisito Santos.
DPWH Davao Region director Juby Cordon also appeared before the NBI.
On Monday, the NBI said the bureau has served a subpoena on the DPWH Regional Office in Davao City in connection with its investigation into alleged anomalous flood control projects.
The subpoena directed the regional director to appear before the NBI on Thursday to provide information as part of the bureau's investigation.
