Revealed – The Three Goalkeepers In Super Eagles Squad For AFCON Qualifiers

Head coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Eric Chelle has picked three goalkeepers in his team for the upcoming AFCON qualifiers games against Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau respectively, OwnGoalNigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
Chelle has already sent out provisional letter of invitation to over 40 players, but will trim it down to 30 after this weekend round of games in various European Leagues.
We can exclusively reveal that the coach picked three goalkeepers namely returning Stanley Nwabali of Chippa United, Arthur Okonkwo of English Championship side Charlton and Maduka Okoye of Italian Serie A side Udinese.
Okoye rose to the rank of first choice in the absence of Nwabali who left Chippa United after the AFCON by mutual consent, but returned just before the start of the new season.
The coach will now face a huge decision to pick his number one among the duo, although sources say he favours Okoye continuing in goal after his performances in the friendly games against Poland and Portugal respectively.
