Kaizer Chiefs board member opens new shopping mall in Fleurhof

Kaizer Chiefs board member and property mogul Mike Nkuna has opened a new shopping mall in Fleurhof, Johannesburg.
This shopping complex is known as Fleurhof Mall, and it is located in Florida near Roodepoort, and it’s one of Nkuna’s many shopping malls.
Among those present at the launch of the Fleurhof Mall were Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi and underfire Joburg Mayor Dada Morero.
Nkuna is a founder of Masingita Group of Companies, and while he remains a committed board member of Chiefs, his priority is in property.
Masingita Group of Companies own Jabulani Mall and Protea Glen Mall in Soweto, Masingita Plaza and Masingita Mall in Giyani.
They also have Mphephu Plaza in Siloam, Morena Mall in Mmabatho, Makhado Crossing in Makhado, Stimela Crossing in Barberton, Mpumalanga.
Nkuna’s company also own Masingita Crossing in Malamulele, Zebediela Plaza in Zebediela, Boitumelo Junction in Welkom and Nkuna Kraal in Nkuzana.

PANYAZA LESUFI’S REACTION…
“Premier Lesufi commended the developers for completing the mall in a record 13 months, highlighting its potential to create jobs, stimulate the local economy and improve the lives of residents,” wrote Lesufi on X.
“He challenged developers to take this investment to other communities in need of development, emphasising that partnerships of this nature are key to driving Gauteng forward.”
