Doraemon Castle of the Undersea Devil Box Office Collections: Anime film holds well on 2nd Monday, grosses Rs 20 crore in 11 days

Doraemon Castle of the Undersea Devil collected Rs 75 lakh on its 2nd Monday, registering a 40 per cent drop from last Friday. The movie took its second week's cume to Rs 7.25 crore, bringing the entire 11-day theatrical run to Rs. 20.75 crore gross at the Indian box office. 

The anime film is expected to wrap this week around Rs. 23 crore or so. It will keep on gaining traction with the same momentum in the coming few weeks too, and close its entire run on a healthy note.

Doraemon Castle of the Undersea Devil has already emerged as the biggest grosser of the franchise. It will be interesting to see how far it can go from here on.

About Doraemon: Castle of the Undersea Devil

Doraemon: Castle of the Undersea Devil follows Nobita and his friends as they embark on an undersea camping adventure using Doraemon’s futuristic gadgets. Their journey leads them to the hidden Mu Federation and a terrifying discovery: the ancient Atlantis civilization’s rogue AI, Poseidon, has activated a weapon capable of destroying Earth.

The group teams up with Mu’s El and ventures into the Bermuda Triangle to stop Poseidon. Whether they manage to succeed in their mission is explored in the film.
