Societe Generale Ghana launches “Deposit and Win Promo” with GH¢200,000 cash prize up for grabs

Societe Generale Ghana has launched an exciting deposit campaign dubbed Deposit and Win Promo.

Following the success of last year’s deposit campaign which saw one customer walking away with a brand-new car, the Bank is putting up a GH¢200, 000 cash prize for grabs as it once again encourages customers to save, invest and win big.

The campaign which runs from September to December 2026 requires customers to simply deposit Ghc500 or multiples of it into their SG Ghana account and stand the chance of winning the ultimate cash prize.

The Deposit and Win promo is designed to reward customers for growing and maintaining their deposits with SG Ghana while encouraging a strong savings culture.

Speaking on the campaign, Managing Director of Societe Generale Ghana, Hakim Ouzzani, said “We excited to build up on the success of last year’s campaign and give our customers an even bigger reason to save and invest with SG Ghana. Beyond the prizes, the campaign reflects our commitment to creating value for our customers and encouraging them to make purposeful financial decisions”.

General Manager, Retail Business at Societe Generale Ghana, Kwaku Tweneboa-Kodua in explaining the mechanics of the promotion, noted that some lucky winners will walk away with GH¢10,000 each in three mini draws scheduled for October, November and December 2026.

For the grand draw which will come off in March 2027, one lucky customer stands the chance of winning the grand cash prize of GH¢200, 000 by saving and reserving a minimum of GH¢5000 for at least three months. Other customers will also walk away with GH¢50,000 and GH¢30,000 as consolation prizes.

The promotion is open to customers and non-customers of the bank. Non-customers can simply open a new account to participate in the promotion.
