Molly-Mae Hague turned heads in a sophisticated black blouse and trousers as she attended Emma Grede's business dinner at Gaia Mayfair on Wednesday.

The former Love Island star, 27, was spotted arriving at her London hotel earlier in the day with her long blonde locks in rollers.

Molly, who was dressed in a grey cardigan, black jeans and a beige bomber jacket, looked excited for the evening as she headed inside to get glam for the event.

The influencer styled her blonde tresses loose in curls as she accessorised with a black clutch, gold earrings and elevated her frame in a pair of £1,200 YSL stilettos.

She was all smiles as she joined the likes of Rochelle Humes, 37, who put on a very leggy display in a black minidress and heels.

The This Morning presenter draped a long black leather coat over her shoulders and toted her belongings in a matching clutch.

The Apprentice star Karren Brady cut a stylish figure in a gold satin patterned shirt and matching trousers.

The host for the evening Emma, 43, looked incredible in a woven white dress which boasted a dramatic tasselled skirt.

British-born entrepreneur Emma is the business partner of Khloe Kardashian however it has recently been reported the pair 'are no longer on speaking terms' after the reality star unfollowed her on Instagram.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Khloe, 42, used to be close to Emma, who is the CEO of her clothing brand Good American.

Emma is also the founding partner of Khloe's sister Kim's SKIMS brand.

But relations appear to have taken a turn this year after earlier this year Khloe unfollowed Emma.

Khloe recently said that she no longer feels the need to be as involved in the company, saying on her podcast: 'Good American is doing so well, and Good American is strong enough and stable enough to sustain on its own.'

In the wake of those comments a new report now suggests that with them spending much less time working together, their friendship 'has essentially dissolved'.

A source told The Sun: 'Over time, Khloe just wasn't as involved – she started cancelling events and not promoting the brand.

'She has a lot on in her personal life, as fans know, but Emma is a businesswoman first and foremost and that just didn't wash with her.

'Khloe has so much going on and it just wasn't a priority in her life. In theory, Khloe is still the founder of Good American but it's Emma who does the hard work behind the scenes. I don't think Khloe & Emma are on speaking terms now.

'They are both smart women who realised it was time to part ways professionally, and they had to navigate it carefully so the brand wasn't damaged as they are both heavily involved.'

Credited with being the brains behind the Kardashians' various fashion companies, Emma has spent the last two decades working behind the scenes with the famous family.

Born and raised in east London and the eldest of four sisters, Emma now lives in LA, where she presides over multiple companies with an estimated combined value of £300million.

Her success however hasn't been without controversy.

While appearing on the Diary of a CEO podcast with Steven Bartlett in May 2025, Emma was asked to share what her 'red flags' are when interviewing someone.

She immediately said that she would walk out on anyone who asks her about a 'work-life balance'.

'Work-life balance is your problem,' Emma said. 'That's yours to figure out.'

She went on to explain that at her companies, no one is tied to their desk – people go to haircuts, appointments, things for their kids when they need to – and no one questions why someone might not be at their desk.

'So when someone talks to me about their work-life balance in an interview process, I'm like 'something is wrong with you,'' she said.

Interviewer Bartlett then told Grede that one-third of people he surveyed mentioned that a work-life balance was a priority wherever they worked.

Molly beamed as she arrived at her hotel just before 6pm to get ready for the evening

She styled her hair in rollers ahead of the bash

When Bartlett said it wasn't something he'd personally choose for himself, Emma said that it was because he was ambitious, implying that someone without drive or passion would be thinking about a work-life balance.

She explained that it's not expected that the average employee would be working seven days a week - but someone who had 'ambition' and wanted to be successful would have to work a little bit more.

While the entire interview was over two hours long, the clip of Emma speaking specifically about work-life balance went viral on social media.

Many compared Emma's remarks to Kim's notorious sentiment about 'nobody [wanting] to work these days,' which she faced flack for in 2022.
