Eagles vs. Bears Week 3 game thread

The Philadelphia Eagles are on the road again in Week 3 for a Monday Night Football matchup against the Chicago Bears.

All eyes will be on how well the Eagles defense can stop Chicago's run game, not only because that's the part they failed to stop in 2025, but also because the Bears are relying on QB3 Case Keenum as their starter. Not that Keenum can't lead this offense, but he's had only one week to prepare for the occasion, and his last regular season game was in December 2023 — it's been awhile. Still, the veteran isn't to be overlooked, and the Eagles defense needs to play more soundly than they've done through two games this season.

It will also be a big night for the Eagles offense, specifically for the guys up front. Cam Jurgens and Drew Kendall have one more week of reps under their belts in their new roles, and will hopefully continue to develop. New OC Sean Mannion has added some really exciting elements, but the run game still needs a boost to make it a more complete package. Saquon Barkley is going to play despite suffering a stinger last Sunday, and will try to eliminate the number of negative plays from the ground game.
