Jordan Love has spent two weeks biting his tongue about NFL officials. His wife did not. Ronika Stone Love posted a TikTok on Halloween showing the Green Bay Packers quarterback and herself in referee stripes, dark glasses and white canes, bumping into each other and flinging yellow flags across the floor. The joke came after Green Bay's 20-17 loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 7, a game full of penalty calls that angered fans, analysts and even Tom Brady. The clip spread fast. So did one nervous question: will the NFL fine the Packers star?
Ronika Stone Love Mocks The Referees
Her caption was short: "I'm joking, I'm joking." Fans in the comments did not buy the innocent act. "You're gonna get us fined." "Chill, Ronika, we play away this weekend, the refs might see this." Others piled on. "I can smell the fine coming." "I really hope he doesn't get fined for this." One supporter even volunteered, "I'll pay the fine." Ronika had her own cover story ready: "We're Footlocker employees."

The skit made sense once you looked at the box score. Referee Alex Moore's crew flagged Green Bay eight times for 81 yards. Brenton Cox Jr. and Karl Brooks both drew roughing the passer penalties. The Brooks call came late in the fourth quarter, after Jared Goff's 18-yard completion. Brady, working the FOX broadcast, said, "That's definitely not roughing the passer!"
Packers Players React While The NFL Stays Quiet
Dean Blandino, the league's former head of officiating, backed Brady. Devonte Wyatt was also flagged for unnecessary roughness, and Love took an intentional grounding penalty. Safety Xavier McKinney said the calls broke the defense's momentum. Love's own public reply stayed calm: "it is what it is."
The league did act, though not against the Packers. It pulled Moore's crew from the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders primetime game and sent it to the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins instead.
Detroit's next game brought more heat. The Lions beat the Minnesota Vikings 19-15, and officials overturned an Amon-Ra St. Brown touchdown in the first quarter after ruling he bobbled the catch. Craig Wrolstad led that crew, which had already thrown 108 flags through six games.
As of November 4, no fine has been reported for Love or his wife. Packers fans will keep watching the mailbox.
