Hong Kong's first five-year plan public consultation concludes, expected to be released in September

(Central News Agency reporter Zhang Qian, Hong Kong, 14th) The public consultation for the Hong Kong government's first 'Five-Year Plan' concluded today, receiving over 16,000 opinions or suggestions from various sectors. The first Hong Kong 'Five-Year Plan' is expected to be published in September.

Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs of Hong Kong, Xie Xiaohua, stated at a press conference that the public consultation began on June 15th and received an enthusiastic response from all sectors of society. As of today, over 16,000 opinions or suggestions from different sectors and backgrounds have been received, showing that citizens strongly support the first 'Five-Year Plan' compiled by Hong Kong.

Xie Xiaohua said that after organizing and analyzing the opinions, the goal is to publish the first Hong Kong 'Five-Year Plan' within September of this year.
