New details surrounding Robert Kelker-Kelly's death have emerged.

The Days of Our Lives star experienced body pains hours before his death on Oct. 3, according to a police report from Missouri's St. Peters Police Department obtained by multiple outlets.

Kelker-Kelly's wife Allison Kelly told authorities that the 62-year-old "complained of pain in his left arm and pain in his chest" while picking him up from Spirit of St. Louis Airport around 7:30 p.m. Per the report, Kelker-Kelly also expressed an urge to throw up during the ride home, but assured Kelly that he just needed to rest when she asked if he wanted to go to a hospital.

Kelly told police that her husband was still experiencing pain when they arrived home, prompting her to head to the kitchen to retrieve an aspirin. According to the report, Kelly returned to the bedroom to find her husband "unresponsive and not breathing."

Police said Kelly called 9-1-1 and began performing CPR, with paramedics taking over "life-saving measures" upon their arrival. Per the report, Kelker-Kelly was pronounced dead at 9:09 p.m.

Kelly told investigators that her husband had no known medical conditions and was not taking any prescribed medications at the time of his death. She also said the actor did not use illicit substances.

The report classified the incident as a "sudden death," with police noting that Kelker-Kelly's body was released by the St. Charles County Medical Examiner "with no further need for investigation."
