長策周年報告料總房屋供應目標約41.93萬 較去年估算相若

政府今日（28日）公布《長遠房屋策略》2026年周年進度報告。報告估算，雖然非本地學生人數年均房屋需求增加，以及受重建影響戶的房屋需求增，但住戶數目淨增長較上次估算減少，加上簡樸房規管仍在起始階段，故維持居住環境欠佳住戶的房屋需求估算。長策綜合多項住屋需求增減因素，估算10年期內總房屋供應目標單位數目是41.93萬，與去年估算41.91萬相若，多200個單位。
