LIST: Cancelled flights affect 771 passengers on Aug. 19, says Caap
MANILA, Philippines – Nearly 780 passengers are affected after five flights were canceled on Wednesday morning amid inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) said.
Below are the canceled flights so far:

- 5J 472: Bacolod-Manila, 203 passengers
- 5J 192: Manila-Cauayan, 137 passengers
- 5J 193: Cauayan-Manila, 155 passengers
- 5J 508: Manila-Tuguegarao, 124 passengers
- 5J 509: Tuguegarao-Manila, 152 passengers.
Apart from the canceled flights, there were five more flights affected by the weather.
