Heather Graham, 56, puts on a cheeky display in sheer lace dress at premiere of her new horror film

Heather Graham turned heads at Fantastic Fest on Sunday when she attended the premiere of her new movie, What Happened to Doris?.

The 56-year-old actress showed off her toned physique in a sheer black lace dress that revealed her black lingerie underneath.

Graham looked as youthful as ever as she posed on the red carpet at the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar theater in Austin, Texas.

Her natural beauty radiated as she rocked a minimal and dewy makeup look.

The Killing Me Softly star's honey blond hair was styled in soft curls that cascaded across her shoulders and down her back. 

To highlight her statement-making dress, Graham, who was recently in France while filming season four of The White Lotus, opted to go without any jewelry or accessories.

What Happened to Doris? premieres in theaters on Thursday, October 1. 

The horror flick is set in the suburbs of Los Angeles in 1974 and follows a single mother as she faces violent attacks by an invisible entity. 

The synopsis reads: 'When no one believes her, she seeks help from paranormal investigators, sparking a notorious documented supernatural case.' 

In March, Graham opened up about her beauty secrets and revealed whether she has undergone any cosmetic procedures in an interview with US Weekly, in which she admitted that she prefers less invasive approaches.

While she claimed to have not gone under the knife, she said she is open to the idea of getting plastic surgery in the future, but also doesn't want to become 'one of those people that got it and look freaky.'

'I've never had an actual operation where they're cutting my face open,' she said, before adding, 'But I don't know if [when] I get older, I wouldn't completely rule it out. Who knows.'

She did reveal what procedures she has taken advantage of, saying: 'But I've tried microneedling, Botox... and a bunch of lasery things.' 

Graham said she has undergone Ultherapy, Thermage, Sofwave and Morpheus8 procedures, and she said that consistency is more important than the specific procedure.

Earlier this year, the leading star opened up about her beauty secrets and revealed whether or not she has undergone any cosmetic procedures

'I've never had an actual operation where they're cutting my face open,' she said before later adding: 'But I don't know if [when] I get older, I wouldn't completely rule it out. Who knows'

'I'm happy there are these halfway steps,' she said. 'You can do something, but you don't have to do some huge thing.' 

However, she admitted some of the treatments she gets aren't pleasant. 

'Some of those laser treatments are torture,' she said. 'Like, an hour and a half of your face getting blasted.' 

She went on to reiterate that her 'goal is to look natural.' 

'I stopped getting [filler] because I just didn't want [to anymore]. I'm more into the laser treatments now,' she added.

'I feel like some people get facelifts and they just kind of end up looking like... I mean, there are people that get it, and it's good. But I just don't want to be one of those people that got it and look freaky.'

She also spoke about embracing aging naturally, saying: 'I think it looks better to be getting slightly older than looking like you had some kind of weird plastic surgery. I think it's great that now we have a middle ground.' 

She also shared her other beauty and health secrets, crediting sleep, meditation, a balanced diet and a gentler version of intermittent fasting.

Above all, she said she prioritizes health and self-care above work in spite of her successful, decades-spanning career in Hollywood. 

'Career is important, but if you don't have your health, you don't have anything,' she said. 'I'm lucky to be alive and healthy. That's No. 1, over my career and over everything else.'
