Christian Bale's superhero days are far behind him, but that has not stopped the actor from continuing his philanthropic works. Proving to be a real-life hero, the actor officially opened a new foster care village in Palmdale, called Together California.
As per reports, the actor helped create the foster care system with the aim of keeping siblings together.Described by organisers as the 'first village of its kind' in California, the facility is designed to provide children and their families with safe and nurturing surroundings while prioritising sibling connections, ABC7 reports. This arrangement is said to be uncommon for many children in foster care.
