LUCENA CITY – A 67-year-old passenger of a tricycle was killed in a freak accident in Nasugbu, Batangas, on Wednesday.

The 62-year-old tricycle was negotiating a downhill stretch of road in Barangay Bulihan at 12:30 p.m. when it struck a road barrier and turned over its left side, throwing him and his passenger onto the pavement, according to a Calabarzon police report on Thursday.
