‘Daredevil: Born Again’ To End With Season 3 At Disney+

The end is in sight for Daredevil: Born Again. The series starring Charlie Cox as the titular character, will end with the upcoming third season, Deadline has confirmed.

Sources told Deadline that calls were made this morning to the cast that this will be the final season. Production on Season 3 has wrapped. It’s set to premiere on Disney+ in 2027.

Season 1 of Daredevil: Born Again followed Fisk who goes from being a gangster to a NYC autocrat mayor. Matt Murdock (Cox) falls in love with therapist Heather Glenn (Margarita Levieva), but she winds up becoming an ally in the Fisk administration. Season 2 saw the return of Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones character. Also in the Season 1 ender, Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle/Punisher returned and, in the very end, broke out of Fisk’s Red Hook prestige jail.

Daredevil: Born Again came out strong ratings-wise in its first season, racking up the best series premiere on Disney+ for 2025, with 7.5 million viewers worldwide in its first five days. US viewership dropped about 50% in Season 2, per Luminate data.

In addition to Cox, cast includes Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson and Wilson Bethel as Bullseye.
