Multiple sources claim Milan are working on the final details to sign Diego Moreira from RC Strasbourg for circa €50m after talks with RB Leipzig stalled.
The 22-year-old Belgium international had already been linked with a potential Serie A move to Roma earlier in the summer, but the costs were too high.
Milan dive in for Moreira deal

RB Leipzig had then pushed hard, but Sky Sports Deutschland warned they were not close to an agreement.
Instead, Milan suddenly swooped in with the aid of agent Jorge Mendes, so Footballkush reported that they secured a deal very quickly.

Now multiple sources including Fabrizio Romano, Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and Sport Mediaset are all confirming the same thing, that they are working on the final details and trying to arrange medical tests.
It is expected to be a total package in the region of €45m-50m plus add-ons and a percentage of the sell-on fee.
Primarily a left-sided winger, he can also play on the right when required.
Chelsea sold him to RC Strasbourg for €8.5m in the summer of 2024 and retain a buy-back clause, but do not seem eager to use it.
Moreira has four senior caps for Belgium, after representing Portugal at youth level, and just celebrated his 22nd birthday earlier this month.
Last season, he contributed five goals and nine assists in 42 competitive games for Strasbourg.

Milan going for Moreira will raise further questions on the future of Rafael Leao.
