Halle Berry was recently spotted at a random outing with her son, Maceo, only days after she had been served with a temporary restraining order by her ex, Olivier Martinez. (Instagram)

Recently, reports revealed that Halle Berry’s ex-partner, Olivier Martinez, alleged that she has been abusing their son, Maceo. Not only that, but he was also granted primary custody and a temporary restraining order.

However, the star was recently spotted on an outing with her fiancé, Van Hunt, and her son, Maceo.

The New York Post reported that Berry spent the weekend with her 12-year-old son, Maceo. The two were seen at the Sky Zone trampoline park in Los Angeles, where the mother and son duo chatted for a while, after which Berry stood by and watched her son play soccer.During the outing, Berry wore beige loose pants, paired with a tank top, a fedora hat, and a pair of black sunglasses.

The two were accompanied by fiance, Van Hunt. A witness statement from PEOPLE read, “She nicely turned him down, saying she was with her kid."Meanwhile, the two were spotted together for the first time since Olivier Martinez filed for a temporary restraining order. A judge later granted the temporary restraining order against the ‘James Bond’ actress and changed some of the visitation rights. According to the order, the star is allotted daytime parenting time with her son.

She can specifically see him on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, all between 10 AM and 8 PM.As of right now not many details have been shared with the public; however, a follow-up hearing is scheduled for October 16. The issue started after Martinez alleged that Berry had been abusive with Maceo, adding that she “physically abused our son, Maceo, by jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck, and choking him.”Berry’s attorney, Marina Beck, also issued her own notice, stating that all filed claims are false. She stated, “To say this filing is entirely meritless and deliberately misleading would be an understatement. Fortunately, Halle is used to this kind of outrageous conduct from Mr. Martinez, and, while she is deeply saddened, she will not allow it to deter her from fighting for Maceo's best interests and providing him with the love and support he needs.

”Martinez was married to Halle Berry in 2013; however, the two quickly filed for divorce in 2015. Berry and Martinez had earlier started dating.
