樓齡達50年或以上的私人樓宇每年平均增加逾500幢 甯漢豪：需做好維修

發展局長甯漢豪今日（5日）出席香港測量師學會周年研討會2026，研討會今年主題為「安居共建：測量師推動樓宇維修與社區安全」。甯漢豪表示，截至去年底，全港約有2.1萬幢私人物業樓齡超過30年，佔私人物業總數約五成；其中有超過1萬幢私人物業樓齡超過50年，過去十年，樓齡達50年或以上的私人樓宇每年平均增加逾500幢，而每年重建樓宇卻不足200 幢。
