Princess Eugenie announces name of baby girl with nod to late Queen Elizabeth

Princess Eugenie has announced the name of her baby daughter.

The little girl, the third child of Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, was born on 3 August at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal.

Her name was revealed on Monday as Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank.

Eugenie told British Vogue that she is “named after three people we love and admire past and present”.

They include her late great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, “who we hold close in our hearts”, she said.
