Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman and Christian Nwachukwu are among the Nigerian players in UEFA Champions League action on matchday four, with Osimhen’s in-form Galatasaray hosting Stuttgart on Tuesday, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

Osimhen has scored 10 goals in 10 competitive appearances this season, nine in the Turkish Super Lig and one in the Champions League.

The 27-year-old scored in the 4-0 win at Konyaspor on Friday, which was Galatasaray’s fourth straight win in all competitions, and the Turkish champions also beat Gençlerbirliği 1-0, Lille 4-2 and Fenerbahce 2-1 in that run.

Galatasaray lost 3-1 to Sporting CP and 4-1 to Barcelona in their opening two European games, and they are 23rd in the table with three points.

Stuttgart are sixth with seven points after beating Viking and Slovan Bratislava and drawing 1-1 with Atletico Madrid. They have conceded only twice in the competition, and Ermedin Demirovic has scored four goals.

Lookman’s Atletico Madrid host Bayern Munich at the Wanda Metropolitano on Tuesday.

Atletico are 16th with four points and Bayern 14th with five. Atletico have won nine of their last 10 games and have not lost at home this season.

Lookman has two goal involvements in 11 appearances this campaign, and is expected to begin the game on the bench, with Julian Alvarez and Kang-In Lee expected to lead the attack.

Nwachukwu’s Sabah travel to Viking, who have a point from three games after a 3-3 draw with Bayern. Sabah beat Slavia Prague 2-0 on matchday two, but they have lost their last three European away games.

The 20-year-old Nwachukwu joined Sabah from Sheffield United in August.

Moses Usor’s LASK host Slovan Bratislava, who have lost all three of their games, on Tuesday. LASK recorded their first Champions League win with a 3-2 victory at Sporting CP last time out. Usor was a doubt in the previous round, but played in the club’s league game on the weekend and is expected to be available. Compatriot Samuel Adeniran is another option to lead the line.

On Wednesday, Slavia Prague host Arsenal at the Fortuna Arena.

Nigerians Mubarak Suleiman and Emmanuel Ayaosi are in Slavia’s predicted line-up. Slavia are 32nd with one point after a 2-2 draw with Fenerbahce last time out, and they have gone 18 European games without a win. Arsenal are unbeaten in the league phase with seven points.
