MANILA, Philippines – Defense lead counsel Sheila Sison reacts to the prosecution’s offer of testimony for lawyer Michael Poa, presented by prosecution counsel Benjamin Tolosa Jr. before the impeachment court.

Sison says the prosecution’s 13-point offer of testimony “sounds like rhetoric aimed at providing drama” in the impeachment trial.

Poa served as the Department of Education chief of staff from 2022 to 2024. /dp
