Cat Deeley looked incredible in a strapless bikini as she shared stunning photos from her holiday with her sons following her split from ex-husband Patrick Kielty.

The This Morning presenter, who turned 50 last week, jetted off on a lavish trip for half term with her two children Milo, ten, and James, eight.

Cat posted snaps on Instagram of her relaxing in a strapless black bikini as she shared a glimpse of her toned torso.

In another picture, Cat slipped into a burnt orange dress from Reiss and light brown Hermes sandals.

During her sunny getaway Cat enjoyed some alone time and treated herself to a massage as she shared a fresh-faced selfie.

She captioned her post: 'Happy and healthy family and friends… Kind and funny boys …. The view from ‘The Fifth Floor ‘ is fabulous ☀️'

While she's been in the spotlight for three decades, the former SMTV Live host looks far younger than her years.

Yet while many people see ageing as something to fear as they get older, Cat deems getting older a 'privilege'.

'The fact that you're here and enjoying life – gaining experiences while being happy and healthy. Wow. That, to me, is amazing,' the mother-of-two told Grazia.

She added: 'We all get older, if we're lucky – I'm backing my health with science.'

Instead of putting her body through hardcore gym workouts, Cat swears by four things: Yoga, walking, tennis and a Mediterranean diet.

While she was living in Los Angeles, Cat went on a daily 20-minute hike in the sunshine to improve her mental health.

'It makes all the difference,' Cat insisted.

Now she lives back in the UK, the gloomy British weather and early alarm clock for This Morning makes it more difficult to get a daily walk in.

Instead, Cat channels her energy into Yoga to improve joint mobility and calm her thoughts.

'I've been doing yoga for 20 years and I truly love it,' she admitted. 'It switches off my brain and helps me breathe.

'Even though I've been practising for so long, I'm no more bendy than the average person, but it makes me feel good and I never regret taking just 45 minutes for myself.

'Yoga really works for me because you have to concentrate on your breathing and your movement at the same time, so it stops my brain from going a million miles an hour.'

Cat insisted: 'You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn't done it, it feels amazing.'

Speaking to Harper's Bazaar previously, Cat said she takes 'little pockets of time' wherever she can as she offered advice to those struggling to find a routine.

'I think you have to find exactly what suits you – and quiet the external voices,' she said.

'We're pushed these different regimes that are incredibly complicated, incredibly time-consuming, and incredibly expensive, but fundamentally we're set up to fail – because you can't do it all.'
