The countdown to Indian cinema’s most anticipated box office event has hit fever pitch! With barely 36 hours (1.5 days) remaining before director Nitesh Tiwari’s monumental epic Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, and Sai Pallavi, arrives in theaters worldwide on November 5 (Diwali 2026), the advance ticket counters are witnessing an absolute dhamaka!

As of the latest tracking update, till 5 PM on November 3, Ramayana has recorded a colossal 29.10 crore gross for its opening day with its advance booking. These collections exclude the blocked seats. With over 7.42 lakh tickets already locked across 21,543 tracked shows in India, the film’s pre-sales alone have officially surpassed the full opening day figures of Awarapan 2, Welcome To The Jungle, and Bhooth Bangla already.

With a gross collection of 4.28 crore in advance for the opening day, Bengaluru remains the single highest-grossing city for advance sales, selling 84,300 tickets. Telangana leads the houseful tally with 52 sold-out shows, followed by Gujarat with 7, alongside steady houseful trends across Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, West Bengal, and Maharashtra.
