The last time fans were immersed in the Invincible universe was with the critically acclaimed season 4 that aired back in April 2026. Since then, fans have had a new video game, a handful of other minor projects, and the confirmation that season 5 looms on the horizon. However, thus far, fans have largely had to wait for any new information regarding upcoming projects, as there hasn't been too much in the way of big new reveals.
Fortunately, a brand-new Invincible project is on the way, and it is launching as soon as next month. This comes alongside the recently released Invincible RPG game that fans have been thoroughly enjoying and promises to offer a completely new kind of immersive Invincible experience, the likes of which fans haven't seen. It should serve as the perfect companion piece to the show for fans, and a great way of continuing to engage with its phenomenal characters and universe while we all await season 5.
Invincible's official new return should serve as exciting news for fans who've lamented over the lack of any expanded media beyond the aforementioned new projects. This is especially true for those who enjoyed the recently released fighting game and want more interactive ways to engage with its superhero-filled and brutally visceral world. Invincible has always felt like a world that pops off the page and deserves to be explored in more immersive ways, and fortunately, this latest project does exactly that.
After running a successful Kickstarter project earlier this year (raising $157,964 from 3,133 backers), Tiny Epic Invincible is finally ready to be delivered to backers and storefronts this September. It is the next installment in the Tiny Epic series that brings huge co-operative RPG games packed with miniatures, cards, and an assortment of components into a tiny boxed experience that can be brought around anywhere with ease.
Tiny Epic Invincible changes up the rules to introduce a plethora of its most iconic heroes and supervillains, many of whom get their own playable miniatures. It sees up to four people band together as any of the available characters (which include the likes of Invincible, Rex Splode, Atom Eve, Monster Girl, and Robot) in an attempt to save civilians from across several different locations while facing off against challenging enemies and supervillains.
This isn't the first time that Tiny Epic has collaborated with iconic IPs, as we've previously gotten a Game of Thrones variant. It is also a fairly well-regarded formula that has seen numerous critically acclaimed spin-offs be released. It is available for pre-order on various websites for $40 for the base edition, with a deluxe edition adding additional heroes, villains, and locations also being available. Fans who are tired of waiting for Invincible season 5 should absolutely check out this new board game so that, at the very least, they have something to entertain themselves with while they wait.
