In a recent post, Sanele Nkosi shared stunning pregnancy photos of Kay Yarms on his popular X account. While most comments were positive, a few off-ramped, speculating whether the baby’s father could be of Nigerian descent.

In her pregnancy photos, the former beauty salon owner wears a flowing white summer dress that accentuates her baby bump. The talented couple from Isle of Light captured this milestone at a charming location in Cape Town. 

As the influential Queen she is, Kay Yarms’s pregnancy news quickly went viral, garnering over 7000 comments and 100K likes on Instagram. Celebrities such as Pearl Modiadie also congratulated her on this new chapter of motherhood.

KAY YARMS ON AND OFF ROMANCE WITH FLACKO

In 2023, Kay Yarms took an HIV test after her on-and-off boyfriend, Flacko, was rumoured to have dated a woman who was allegedly HIV positive.

Addressing the matter on her YouTube channel, Kay said, “I have never been a person who sleeps around. I have always been a person who practises safe sex. Every single time my boyfriend and I got back together, we’ve gone for testing.”
