【明報專訊】人工智能（AI）應用愈趨廣泛，大律師公會主席毛樂禮表示綜觀全球，愈來愈多訴訟人自辯時選擇用AI整合對個人有利的案例，或生成對法庭較具說服力的自辯方式，但由於訴訟人未必能分辨案例是否屬實，或其陳述論據是否與事實相符，不排除反加重法院工作，影響司法效率。
