The Sara Duterte who said she had enlisted a hitman to kill her foes (only in case they do her in, she insists) is the same Sara Duterte who later said she does not feel safe anywhere in this country, the same country her father, Rodrigo Duterte, ruled with drug war bloodshed not long ago.
