Kim Kardashian is North West's Twin in Jaw-Dropping Halloween Makeover
Kim Kardashian isn't just keeping up with North West—she's turning into her.
After all, the Kardashians star proved she and her 13-year-old daughter—whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye "Ye" West—were literal twins after dressing up like her ahead of Halloween.
Kardashian shared an Oct. 20 TikTok video showing off her all-black outfit—a short-sleeved cybersigilism T-shirt over a striped long-sleeve and pleated mini-skirt—along with North's spiky skull necklace and bracelets.
Further confirming she's not a regular mom, she's a cool mom, Kardashian completed her look with the teen's go-to full-glam makeup, a faux bridge piercing and thigh and finger dermal piercings. But it was her new, sleek blue hair, the same color as North's, that really pulled the look together.
In a follow-up Instagram post, the SKIMS founder also showed off her gem-adorned, duck-shaped nails in her daughter's signature pose: a hand over her mouth.
And it's safe to say Kardashian broke the internet once again with her transformation. As Kris Jenner noted in the comments, "This is so fun!!!!!" While La La Anthony added, "U went crrrazzzzyyyyy."
Although North's look is a stark contrast to her mom's, Kardashian—who also shares kids Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7, with West—has always been more than happy to let her explore her personal style.
"I'm like, 'Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is,'" she said on Call Her Daddy in October 2025. "It makes her so happy. I would never take that creative away from her."
"If her rebellion is dying her hair and wearing whatever, but she's my bestie and being so close, I'd rather my girl be with me and be with me all the time," she continued. "Let's experiment with every hair color. I nurture her creative side."

But that doesn't mean Kardashian has no rules about North's look. As the teen explained to Dazed in an August interview, "I really want to get my bridge pierced, but I'm not allowed."
The mom of four does, however, let her daughter rock a faux piercing in the meantime.
While North has been running this town as her most authentic self, she's had to push back against negative comments about her looks.

"Stop saying I'm demonic just because I like to dress this way," she said in a recent TikTok Live with her mom, shared on social media. "Don't judge a book by its cover."
Kardashian emphasized that North is simply staying true to who she is.
"When she was a baby, dropping her off at school, all she wanted was her septum pierced and her eyebrow pierced," she recalled during the livestream. "She would do like a double brow in pre-K, going in with fake piercings."
