The Ministry of Health has announced that it will open its recruitment portal on Tuesday, October 27, for the 36th batch of medical officers and dentists who have completed their house jobs and been verified by the Medical and Dental Council.

According to a notice issued by the ministry on October 25, the recruitment exercise is intended to fill staffing gaps in health facilities across the country.

The portal will open at 10 am on Tuesday, with qualified applicants required to submit their applications by Thursday, October 29.

In the notice, the ministry said the exercise was open to members of the 36th batch who had completed their house jobs and received verification from the Medical and Dental Council.

"Qualified applicants are requested to formally apply on the Ministry of Health online application portal by logging on to https://mohrecruitment.com and following the instructions to select their preferred districts and agencies," the statement said.

Applicants are expected to use the online platform to submit their details and indicate their preferred districts and agencies as part of the recruitment process.

The ministry has urged applicants to remain alert to individuals who may attempt to exploit the recruitment exercise by promising to secure placements in exchange for money.

It said that the process would be transparent and warned prospective applicants against paying anyone for assistance.

"Kindly be informed that the recruitment process remains transparent."

"The Ministry of Health advises all applicants NOT to make any payment for this process," the statement stated.
