WWE Has Reportedly Planned A Christmas Merchandise Push For Danhausen

WWE is reportedly getting a Christmas merch line ready around Danhausen, and this time he would show up as “Santahausen.” The plan follows his Halloween merchandise, which performed strongly, and WWE wants to repeat that result for the holiday season. T-shirts, hoodies, puppets and magnets are expected in the range, along with other holiday-themed items that haven't been detailed yet. It's still only a report and not an official WWE announcement, and no prices have been confirmed. The company is said to have high expectations for it.

WWE Plans to Turn Danhausen Into Santahausen With a New Christmas Merchandise Collection

The idea goes beyond a Christmas graphic on his current designs. WWE reportedly wants to market Danhausen as “Santahausen” over the coming months, giving the character a festive identity of its own for the holiday campaign.

“Following the tremendous success of Danhausen during Halloween, WWE is planning to roll out ‘Santahausen' Christmas-themed merch ahead of the holidays,”the report said.

At least in WWE's marketing, he would be Santahausen, so the change is aimed at the merch push.

The rest of the lineup hasn't been shown, which means the exact designs aren't known. Santa isn't new territory for him either. Back when he was an AEW star, he dressed up as Santa Claus around Christmas, in a bit about ruining the holiday.

WWE Reportedly Has High Expectations After Danhausen's Halloween Merchandise Success

WWE's expectations are tied to how quickly his merchandise took off. Danhausen debuted at Elimination Chamber 2026, a WWE premium live event, and the fan reaction was lukewarm at first. Sales told a different story.

WWE was reportedly pleasantly surprised by early numbers, and during WrestleMania weekend his products were among the best sellers, with Fanatics said to have restocked several times because of demand. No official figures have come out.

He had a track record before WWE, too. In 2023 he was near the top of the Pro Wrestling Tees best-sellers list, behind only MJF.

Inside WWE, Cody Rhodes has publicly called Danhausen the king of the merch game, and Eric Bischoff predicted on his podcast that the fourth-quarter numbers, covering Halloween through Christmas, would beat Rhodes' No. 1 spot by a wide margin.

WWE Shop has also built an “Uncursed” shirt collection around his run as the New York Knicks' good-luck charm.

At WrestleMania 42 he got a ring segment with John Cena, and WWE reportedly considered bringing him to Fanatics Fest 2026 in New York City in July.

Halloween has now delivered, and the Santahausen plan takes the same approach to the next holiday. No release date has been confirmed.
