The crime thriller, which brings the curtain down on the beloved 'Drishyam' franchise, is still playing in 3,026 shows across the country, drawing steady crowds from its loyal audience.

The film got off to a thunderous start, earning Rs 62 crore net on day one. As of today, the film has racked up Rs 377.90 crore net in India, with the gross domestic figure at Rs 452.59 crore. Beyond its landmark run at home, it has also gone past big international benchmarks, with its worldwide gross crossing Rs 585.49 crore.

'Drishyam 3' earns over five times its budget

According to figures reported by Bollywood Movie Reviewz, 'Drishyam 3: The Conclusion' cost around Rs 110 crore to produce, with marketing and additional salary expenses included.

Its worldwide gross is now more than five times that of the investment. The franchise’s earlier chapters were big-budget affairs too: 'Drishyam 2' is said to have been made for Rs 90 crore, plus a further Rs 60 crore in salaries, whereas the first 'Drishyam' reportedly cost Rs 65 crore.
