Stevo Simple Boy Undergoes Fertility Test After DNA Results Disown Child

Kenyan rapper Stevo Simple Boy has undergone a semen analysis test at a medical facility days after a DNA test reportedly established that he is not the biological father of his former partner Brenda Ochieng’s child.

The musician said he wanted to establish his reproductive health status following the paternity revelations, which have sparked public discussion about his relationship with Brenda.

Stevo seeks answers at medical facility

Speaking from the facility, Stevo confirmed that he had gone for the test to determine whether he had any fertility-related concerns.

“Kama mlioona stori kwenye mitandao, sasa nimekuja hapa kuona kama Dragon bado moto iko,” he said.

A medical practitioner explained that the semen analysis would assess the quality of Stevo’s semen and help determine whether there were any underlying reproductive health concerns.

“Semen analysis ni kusema sasa venye tulipata kwamba ule mtoto sio wako, tunataka tujue kama ni wewe uko na shida ama ni yule msichana aliamua tu kukuwekelea mimba yenye si yako,” the doctor told him.

The practitioner outlined some of the parameters the laboratory would examine, including semen volume, sperm concentration, motility and morphology.

Stevo was also advised to observe an abstinence period of three to seven days before providing a sample for testing.

The medical team explained that the assessment would examine whether the sample met the laboratory’s reference standards, including the volume of semen produced and the number of sperm cells present.

“Semen lazima ikuwe 1.5ml and above. Sasa tutaangalia pia kitu motility,” the practitioner said.

The doctor further explained that the laboratory would assess sperm movement and physical structure, including the head, neck and tail, which are relevant to sperm function.

“So tuangalie motility progression tuangalie pia kama ziko na kichwa mzuri kama ziko na shingo mzuri na kama pia ziko na mkia ya kuweza kuswim,” the practitioner added.

Stevo was provided with a sample collection container and access to a wireless internet connection to facilitate the collection process.

A semen analysis can assess sperm-related factors, but the test alone does not establish the biological paternity of a child.

DNA results fuel relationship fallout

Stevo’s visit to the medical facility comes after Brenda appeared on the Obinna TV Extra podcast, where she confirmed that DNA results had excluded the rapper as the biological father of her child.

During the interview, Brenda also spoke about challenges in their relationship, including Stevo’s alleged reluctance to kiss her because he believed kissing could transmit cancer.

She further claimed that the musician frequently slept on the sitting room floor to avoid physical contact.

The fallout reportedly escalated after the DNA results emerged, with Brenda said to have been evicted from their residence.

Stevo’s decision to undergo a semen analysis now places his reproductive health under public scrutiny as the controversy surrounding the former couple continues.
