Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno are the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic winners, beating Hank Walker and Tank Ledger in the final on the November 4 episode of WWE NXT. They got through a tough fight first, then combined their moves for the winning pinfall. Cody Rhodes watched from commentary, walked in after the bell and handed them the Dusty Cup. He had one more thing for them too: next week's show gives the pair a shot at the NXT Tag Team Championships against The Vanity Project.

Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno overcome Hank and Tank with a double Cross Rhodes finish
The final put two very different teams across from each other. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger leaned on strength and controlled big parts of the match, while Dar and Moreno went with technical skill and quick attacks.
Hank and Tank almost ended it after they sent Moreno onto the announce desk. Consecutive splashes on Dar came next, but he kicked out and kept his team alive.
Then Dar and Moreno turned it around by catching both opponents in submissions at the same time. Moreno had Tank in an Ankle Lock from outside ring, and Dar trapped Hank in a Knee Bar.
Tank got free eventually and stopped his partner from submitting. Hank hit a Black Hole Slam on Dar a bit later, but Moreno came back with a jumping side kick.
Dar added a spinning back elbow on Tank, and then both men hit stereo Cross Rhodes right in front of Cody Rhodes. A combination attack got the pinfall and the tournament win.
Cody Rhodes presents the Dusty Cup and announces a championship match against The Vanity Project
Cody Rhodes stepped into the ring once the match was over and gave Dar and Moreno the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic trophy. The former WWE Champion had been at commentary desk for the final, and he compared the winning duo's performance to legendary tag teams The Briscos and The Andersons, as reported by POST Wrestling.
The tournament had 14 teams from Raw, SmackDown, NXT, AAA and Evolve. Dar and Moreno beat Los Americanos, Fraxiom and The Vanity Project to make the final.
That semifinal win over the reigning NXT Tag Team Champions mattered, since they had to get past the same team they're now set to challenge again. It's a knockout bracket, so a single loss would have ended their run.
Hank and Tank had a hard road as well. They eliminated Shido Ash and Viktor Zanov, The Creed Brothers and AAA Tag Team Champions El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno.
Dar and Moreno's next match is already locked in. Cody announced that they will challenge Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes of The Vanity Project for the NXT Tag Team Championships on the November 10 episode of NXT.
