Drishyam 3: Day 29 India net hits Rs 1 crore

Ajay Devgn's 'Drishyam 3: The Conclusion' continued its successful theatrical run into its fifth week at the box office, maintaining a considerable lead over Mohanlal's Malayalam version of 'Drishyam 3'.

The Hindi film has grossed Rs 580 crore in worldwide after completing 29 days in theatres. Its latest box office performance also shows a slight improvement as it entered its fifth weekend.On Day 29, the film collected Rs 1 crore net in India across 2,987 shows. This takes its cumulative domestic net collection to Rs 374 crore, while the India gross collections have hit an estimated Rs 447.92 crore. The film additionally earned Rs 25 lakh from overseas markets on Friday.

With this, its overseas gross collection has climbed to Rs 132.30 crore, taking the worldwide total to Rs 580.22 crore, as per Sacnilk reports.

The Ajay Devgn-starrer witnessed an improvement in its daily earnings compared to Thursday's collections. Its Day 29 earnings were estimated at Rs 90 lakh. The film's latest earnings have also contributed to its fifth-week total, which currently stands at Rs 1 crore.Although the film has entered the later stages of its theatrical run, it continues to attract audiences.

The difference between the two versions is particularly noticeable when their worldwide earnings are compared. Mohanlal's 'Drishyam 3' had accumulated a worldwide gross of Rs 239.83 crore by its 29th day. In comparison, Ajay Devgn's film has collected considerably more, establishing a lead of over Rs 300 crore.The Malayalam version earned just Rs 6 lakh net domestically on Day 29, registering a 57.1% decline from its previous day's collection.

Its fourth-week earnings, covering Days 23 to 29, amounted to Rs 2.18 crore. The film's cumulative India net collection across all languages stood at Rs 110.49 crore, including Rs 97.45 crore from the Malayalam version.

Ajay Devgn's film began its theatrical journey on a strong note, collecting Rs 245.50 crore net during its opening week. The second week contributed Rs 87.50 crore, while the third week added Rs 28.85 crore.

Its fourth-week earnings dropped to Rs 11.15 crore, followed by another Rs 1 crore as it began week 5.
