Indian shooter Mona Agarwal broke the world record to win the women’s 50m rifle 3 positions SH1 event at Asian Para Games 2026 in Nagoya on Friday.

Mona shot 357.5 to claim her second gold of the Games, beating the previous record mark of 356 set by Sweden’s Anna Benson in Novi Sad in July this year.

Earlier, Agarwal had won gold in the women’s 10m air rifle standing SH1 event with a Games-record score of 250.0.
