Stella Lefty Debuts New, Not-At-All Plagiarized Songs in Cut-For-Time SNL Sketch

Translate

While Stella Lefty currently has the No. 2 single in America with “Boston,” she has also faced ridicule over accusations that she lifted the song (and several others)  from prominent songwriters without giving proper credit. In a sketch cut for time from Weekend Update of SNL’s Season 52 premiere, Lefty (played by Veronika Slowikowska) addressed the allegations head-on by debuting some totally original, definitely-not-plagiarized songs.
