Asian Games 2026: India bags women’s 50m rifle 3P team silver; Tilottama, Vidarsa finish outside medals

The Indian trio of Tilottama Sen, Vidarsa K. Vinod and Ashi Chouksey bagged the women’s 50m rifle 3 positions team silver at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 2026 on Saturday with the first two also qualifying for the individual final.
The Indian shooters finished second with a total of 1763, 10 points behind China, which bagged gold by equalling its own Asian Record of 1773 from Hangzhou 2023.
While Ashi (585) stood 15th, Tilottama (590) and Vidarsa (588) took the third and sixth spots, respectively, to book their places in the individual final, set to take place at 9:30 a.m. IST on the same day.
At the ongoing edition of the Asian Games, India has won 25 medals - two gold, 11 silver and 12 bronze.
