The third and final installment of Denis Villeneuve's Dune trilogy might not be arriving until December 18, but Legendary Entertainment is teaming up with Wargaming this month to deliver a little something to keep fans going. A special new crossover is bringing Dune: Part Three and the World of Tanks franchise together across PC, mobile, and console, with themed commanders, brand-new tanks and exclusive customization from Dune coming to Wargaming's hit tank-based series.

For those that might not have been keeping up with World of Tanks over the last few years, there are multiple games in the series these days, all offering their own ways to play. Each game will be running its own Dune-themed event between November 5 and November 27, and we have the full details for you.

"Wargaming is proud to announce a collaboration with Legendary Entertainment and introduce exclusive in-game content inspired by Dune: Part Three, bringing Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Denis Villeneuve’s epic trilogy to a breathtaking conclusion," reads a press release. "The epic struggle for power travels from Arrakis into the World of Tanks franchise, bringing Dune: Part Three-themed tanks, commanders and a variety of customization options."
