Video: Lucumi arrives to complete €20m Juventus transfer

Jhon Lucumi is in Turin and has been spotted arriving at Juventus’s medical facility ahead of his €20m transfer from Serie A rivals Bologna. 

Lucumi will join Juventus on a permanent transfer for a fee reported to be worth €20m-€22m including bonuses. The Bianconeri will confirm the exact figures once the transfer is made official. 

Lucumi had been into the final year of his contract with Bologna after spending the last four seasons with the Rossoblu. 

The Colombia international did have a €28m release clause written into his Bologna contract, but the Rossoblu ended up lowering their demands for their centre-back, initially to €25m before accepting the latest offer from Juve. 

As predicted before the weekend, Lucumi has arrived at JMedical to complete the necessary physical tests before signing his Bianconeri contract.
