‘The Traitors’ Cast: Kristin Chenoweth, Whitney Leavitt & Bianca Del Rio Among Stars Set For Season 5 Of Peacock Series

The Traitors is lining up its next group of faithfuls and traitors.

Season 5 of the show is set to launch in the new year.

Stars include actors, reality stars and creators including Kristin Chenoweth, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Whitney Leavitt and RuPaul Drag Race star Bianca Del Rio.

Others include creator Boman Martinez-Reid, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Bronwyn Newport, Happy Endings’ Casey Wilson, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, Australian pop star Cody Simpson, Southern Charm’s Craig Conover, The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Bailey, Lost’s Dominic Monaghan, Next Gen NYC’s Emira D’Spain, The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant, Love Island narrator Iain Stirling, Big Brother’s Jag Bains, Love Island USA’s JaNa Craig, The Bachelor’s Joey Graziadei, Queer As Folk’s Johnny Sibilly, Survivor’s Michele Fitzgerald and Q Burdette, The Challenge’s Rachel Robinson, former NFL star Rashad Jennings and Amazing Race’s Taylor Hale.

It comes after a busy week for the Studio Lambert-produced mystery format. The series was renewed for three more seasons, taking it through to Season 8, with a new deal for host Alan Cumming, it won its third consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition Program and Cumming won his third consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Host for a Reality Or Reality Competition Program and NBC launched The Traitors: New Blood, a civilian version of the show, last night.

Based on Dutch format De Verraders, The Traitors is a game that splits its contestants into two groups: the Faithful and the Traitors. At the beginning of the season, Cumming picks the Traitors who will pit the Faithful against one another by murdering them one by one while trying to remain undercover. The Faithful attempt to uncover the Traitors in a roundtable where they vote one another out and banish them from the game. At the end, if there are Traitors left in the game, they will split the money between them. If there are no Traitors left, the money is divided among the Faithful.
