Seven vehicles were involved in a collision along España Boulevard in Manila on Friday night after a bus reportedly lost its brakes and slammed into the vehicles in front of it.

According to a report on "Saksi," the bus was plying España Boulevard at around 7 a.m. when it lost its brakes, causing it to hit an SUV, a minivan, two motorcycles, and two jeepneys.

Three people sustained serious injuries, while seven others suffered minor injuries.

The accident also caused a traffic snarl in the area.

Police said the bus driver is facing a complaint for reckless imprudence resulting in physical injuries and damage to property. —LDF, GMA News
