Greg Lombardo Leaving As Netflix VP Of Global Experiences After 7 Years

EXCLUSIVE: Netflix is making a major change in its live experiences operations. Greg Lombardo, who led the streamer’s foray into the arena and the subsequent expansion, has exited after more than seven years as VP, Head of Live Experiences, Deadline has learned.
One of Lombardo’s main initiatives since joining Netflix in July 2029 was the creation of Netflix Houses, brick-and-mortar locations in Philadelphia and Dallas offering live and dining experiences built around some of the platform’s biggest titles such as Stranger Things, Wednesday, Squid Game, Bridgerton and KPop Demon Hunters, along with branded merchandise.
Lombardo also spearheaded Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience and, most recently, the upcoming KPop Demon Hunters world tour.
This marks the second high-profile Netflix marketing executive departure in the past week, along with the exit of Marketing & Publicity VP Pam Levine.
Lombardo’s resume includes stints as CEO of Offshore Surf and SVP, Global Location Based Entertainment for Fox Filmed Entertainment.
