Two people charged with murder over alleged stabbing south of Brisbane
A 47-year-old man has been charged murder and a woman is under police guard in hospital after an alleged stabbing south of Brisbane on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to reports of an altercation between three people at a house on Lubach Street at Beenleigh about 4:45pm.
Police will allege the 66-year-old was stabbed in the altercation.
Officers attempted CPR but the man was declared dead shortly after they arrived.

The Karalee man has been charged with murder and is due to face Brisbane Magistrates Court today.
A 43-year-old Beenleigh woman is in hospital under police guard and is expected to help police with their investigation.
Police said all three people knew each other.
Queensland Ambulance Service said a man in his 40s with an arm wound and an uninjured woman were both taken to hospital.
