Sara Duterte attends Divino Rostro Mass in Naga
LEGAZPI CITY — Vice President Sara Duterte attended Mass for the Divino Rostro at the Basilica Minore de Peñafrancia in Naga City on Tuesday, continuing her tradition of joining the annual religious observance honoring Our Lady of Peñafrancia.
The Mass was part of the Peñafrancia fiesta, an annual celebration that draws thousands of devotees who observe their vows and express their devotion to the patroness of the Bicol region.
After the Mass, the image of the Divino Rostro was brought out for a procession from the Basilica to the Old Peñafrancia Shrine, marking the start of the novena.
