Fury: Joshua Will Suffer Wardley’s Fate On December 11
Tyson Fury has warned Anthony Joshua that he will suffer the exact same fate as Fabio Wardley when the long-awaited British mega-showdown takes place at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff later this year.
Daniel Dubois claimed Wardley’s belt in a grueling 11-round war back in May, where he climbed off the canvas twice to force a late stoppage.

However, Dubois made light work of the former white-collar boxer in their London rematch on Saturday night, dropping his rival with a massive right hand less than 20 seconds into the first round.
Following a barrage of unanswered punches in the second round, Wardley’s corner threw in the towel to pull their man out. After over a decade of anticipation, Fury and Joshua will finally meet on December 11 live on Netflix, with the WBA world title officially on the line.

Reacting to the action, the 38-year-old “Gypsy King”, who is also eager to avenge his losses to former undisputed heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk, vowed to become a three-time world champion with a devastating knockout of his long-term nemesis. In a video clip posted on Instagram, Fury said: “That was a very exciting heavyweight fight there between Dubois and Wardley. Fair play to both guys.
“Well done to Daniel for retaining his belt with a good knockout. That’s how you get them out of there, big Dan.”That is exactly what is going to happen to AJ on December 11—sparked out. Get up.”
