Rob Rausch and Maura Higgins to Host Survival Competition Show for Peacock ‘Get Me Out of Here’

Rob Rausch and Maura Higgins are returning to reality TV — this time as hosts.

The “Traitors” and “Love Island” alums will lead a new competition series with the working title “Get Me Out of Here,” set to air on Peacock sometime in 2027.

From ITV America, the series flings celebrities into a “dense and unforgiving jungle” with a non-famous friend or family member. In the ultimate test of friendship, the duos must survive a “series of physical and psychological challenges” to avoid elimination. In the wild, the celebs are stripped of every luxury and the perks of being famous.

The last remaining team will win a $100,000 grand prize.

Per the logline, “Relying on each other like never before, teams must navigate everything the jungle throws their way as their grit, stamina and resilience are pushed to the limit. With their bonds under pressure, the jungle will reveal which celebs can adapt to life without the VIP treatment, and which BFFs can handle being stuck in the jungle with a star.”

“Get Me Out of Here” is produced by ITV America. David George, David Eilenberg and Jordana Hochman are executive producers. The series is based on the international format “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!,” created by Lifted Entertainment and distributed by ITV Studios.

Rausch is the sole winner of “The Traitors” Season 4 who became a breakout star on “Love Island USA.” Higgins was a finalist on the fifth season of the British “Love Island” and was a contestant on “Dancing With the Stars” among other reality shows.
